Pilates For Runners

The missing link! As runners we are only as trong as our weakest link. This class offers runners the Core conditoining, body mechanics, mobility, stability and range of motion NEEDED in order to run a life time with injury free joy.

All students  are assesed and guided through a number of body mechanics tests to identifuy where each needs to focus.

This class meets Sundays at 7:45am at Hudson Valley Community College.
