You will learn some of Joseph Pilate’s time tested  methods of exercise with a modern spin to unlock your TrU core strength. There has long since been an over emphasis on  abdominal (front end) work at the cost of under developing the posterior chain (the back end). Get back to building the back on Monday nights at 5:30pm!
