Designed for all bodies with or without limitations, where resistance bands, chairs and balls are incorporated into a socially engaging and full body workout strategically designed for folks over 60 to get fit while having fun. Individual attention is always available and accommodations are made for all special needs. Classes meet at Hudson Valley Community College.
